Pre-Summer Coaching: individual support phase 2

For this special offer, we are opening a few coaching spots for a short time .

You will be personally supervised by Dustin and receive structured, individual support tailored to your training, your diet and your progress.

Here's what you can expect from coaching:

• Weekly 45-minute call to analyze your progress
• Individually tailored training plan
• Individual nutrition strategy
• Regular adjustments to your training and nutrition will ensure you make consistent progress.
• Direct exchange and clear structure for your journey

This special event is deliberately limited to a small number of participants so that each participant receives the attention and care they need.

Once all places are filled, the coaching will be closed again.

The coaching program is straightforward, running on a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time. This allows you to remain flexible and decide for yourself how long you want to be supported.
